Annual reports

At the end of each financial year, the Safeguarding Adults Board must publish an annual report that tells people what it has done to help keep adults with care and support needs safe in York.

The annual report must tell people what the SAB and individual organisations have done to help deliver its strategic plan and annual business plan.

It must also tell people what it has done to ensure the safeguarding adults policy and procedures are working well in York, and that adults with care and support needs are being effectively supported to reduce the risk of experiencing abuse or neglect.
